Lord knows the past few weeks has been pretty amazing, not without its bites and holes though. But, like my last article, I need to just be deliberate about my sanity. So…where were we?
Yeah, it’s the weekend and my cousin and I decided to spice up our Saturday, different from the usual. Of course, having to tell anyone out there that body exercises are framed to sharpening your health and make you fit is like a repetition of what you know already. I’m no storyteller okay? But, I love being a practical reality, most especially using my experiences to communicate. We both started yoga lessons; my cousin and I. There were the simple ones and the really tough, complicated ones. We fell on several occasions, trying to be perfect at it. But the more we tried, the more we feel. Funny, right?
The several footages we had were aimed at training our consciousness for a state of perfect tranquillity, and maybe flexibility. We tried to promote control of the body. That sounds really cheesy maybe, but then we had the best feeling doing it.
Now, this is where I’m going. I’m not here to talk about Yoga alright? All I’m after is that at times it’s beautiful and yes, promising when we try not to follow a pattern all our lives. It’s no harm when we add into our already existing schedules, some really nice time with ourselves, loved ones or anyone dear to us.
Hey, as I’d always say, do whatever makes you happy, just make sure it’s worth the time spent. Trying out something different from your routine, would not only benefit your psyche, but you virtually will learn a lot, concentrating on your health.
A day at the Spa, a nice treat, friends get-to-together will leave with you one of the best memories. Cherish the very moment you have with your loved ones, cause really no one knows who’s next.
