I hope now that we will no longer be spiritually cold or dormant nor complain about every little thing that happens amongst brethren.
I hope you now know that what defines Christianity is not the amphitheater-like building but the personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
I hope this lockdown has provided for you an opportunity to grow up, upward in the stature of Christ. No more a baby: malice, envy, jealousy, quarrelling, segregation and denominational sentiments. If not, may God not release you from this lockdown!
I hope you are now strong enough to become a Soldier of Christ, to fight the cause of the Kingdom and to bring the trophies to the feet of the Father. I hope that God can now recommend you to serve in higher capacities of the Kingdom, where only those who realized that “necessity is placed”, “if I perish I perish” and “even if he will not rescue us oh king, we will not bow” can serve.
I hope you now know that two things are of importance in life: God and Family. God in the beginning established the first social/spiritual institution: the family. I hope you have bridged the gap created by work, studies, business, ministerial engagements between you and your beloved ones.
I hope you have not created a space for divorce nor separation as you discover more about yourselves.
I hope your children know you better now and you know them better too.
I hope students will not woefully fail promotional and terminal exams any longer nor seek for help at “miracle centers.”
I hope that we have revisited and modified our values for life and godliness to welcome purity, dignity and solidarity for justice amongst brethren and the society.
I hope that you have prepared for tomorrow today, so you can tell beautiful stories of today when it turns yesterday.
I hope that our political leaders are now God-conscious of the rippling effect of their decisions in government as it affects the masses and the plebs.
I hope that leaders of all spheres now understand that to build strong men who can stand on their own in the face of trials and employing concrete administrative structures pays than sucking and extorting money from followers.
I hope your wounds have been healed and your disappointments are now a stepping-stone to greater heights and fulfillment.
I hope you now know that what goes around, comes around.
I hope you now know that life is not a bed of roses without any thorns.
I hope you have built courage, vitality and fortitude in the period.
I hope that our education, religion, politics, economy and love lives are now better than yesterday.
I hope you can bounce back to life, for real, without that dependent mindset in you.
I hope you know that after you made all the millions, what counts is who knew Jesus because of you, whose hope came alive because of you, whose marriage was put back on track because of you, whose dreams came to fulfillment because of you.
I hope that my hope will not be dashed because you would put these in action!
