Hey guys, it’s a beautiful Saturday morning already, so I decided I was not gonna be all motivating this time. We want to go all healthyyyy, like awaken our mental health, and possibly strike a balance. Yeah yeah.
It’s been a while, but here’s the thing: Have your maintained a plausible adventure yet? Yes? No? Both?😂 Oh! No…I’m not talking about the long vacation kinda venture okay? That’s not bad though, but like, when last were you intentional about your sanity? You see, I’ve realised that feeding our psyche with adulterated responses are sensory datas that suck the central force of our psychological element; in essence our state of mind – our mind game.
Listen, our emotional output is propelled by natural forces occasioned to either positivity or the other way, i.e your reaction to any event shows how long you’ve nursed something at heart. The way you handle both situations reveals the juicy or sour part of you. Am I right? Absolutely. This is not about me alone, but us; you and I. The idea that happiness is a choice is a real bag that has worked for me, a whole time, even in my down times; prolly cause I have a smiling gaze though🙂. But honestly, a lot, I mean a whole lot is going on in our world right now and to be candid, finding our balance between these invisible walls looks so scary and at times tough.
One thing I’ve learnt a couple of months now is to take things reeeally easy. I was flexible enough to let things flow, and yes, tough enough to take my stands too. Things won’t always happen the way we want it to alright? Even the strongest hearts still fail and the hardest heart still break just like one of Maddie and Tae’s lyrics, but you have to get up and keep moving. Sometimes it’s not alright and that’s absolutely okay, you know you’re trying your best and that’s all you can do_ a step at a time. Yes! you’re doing absolutely well, in fact great it is. Just be calm with yourself darling. Good things take tiiiiime.
If there’s anything you can ever do for yourself, it’s to be happy about your choices, your guts, in fact everything that has to do with you, even your mistakes. Don’t remain in the oceans of pain, guilt and regret forever. They won’t do you any good, I mean it, they won’t. They’d only create wider damages. Stay sane, live and love life.
I know this might sound so cheesy, but be intentional about leaving out people’s opinions about you. Punchline: Don’t give a damn about any of them. Look, commendable is the deliberate attempt you put together to form a stable and solid principle that places you far and high above anyone, anything and anywhere you find yourself.
Stay put and unconstrained. Learn how to mind your business, it saves you much worries. Like Sarah Jakes Roberts will say: STAY HYDRATED, MIND YOUR BUSINESS, REFUSE TO LOSE. You only give what you have, and when you are genuinely happy it opens a wider range of opportunities that would effortlessly come your way. Let things align with your life at the right time.
